Unified Studio Architect was founded by Aswin Kumar with a clear mission:
to provide reliable architectural design and drafting services that help projects move efficiently from concept to construction.
With extensive experience in architectural drafting, permit-ready drawings, and code-compliant design documentation, Aswin brings a strong technical foundation to every project. His approach focuses on clarity, precision, and alignment with local building department requirements, helping clients reduce revisions and avoid approval delays.
Aswin has worked across residential, commercial, and institutional projects, supporting homeowners, contractors, and development teams with drawings that are practical, buildable, and approval-focused.
Co-Partner – Ashley Freeland Miller
Ashley Freeland Miller serves as Co-Partner at Unified Studio Architect, contributing strategic insight and design coordination across a wide range of projects.
Ashley plays a key role in aligning client goals, design intent, and project execution, ensuring each project reflects both functional requirements and long-term usability. Her collaborative approach strengthens communication between clients, design teams, and project stakeholders throughout the design and documentation process.
Together with the founding team, Ashley helps guide projects from early planning through final documentation with a focus on consistency, quality, and client confidence.
